The Hellenic DataBase of Active Faults (HeDBAF) is a national product of collaboration between all related to this subject academic and research institutes of Greece under the aegis of the EPPO. The main purpose of the geodatabase is to provide essential information to the scientific community and to whoever wants to have a light or a thorough information about the active/seismic faults of the broader area of Greece, as well as to serve as a platform for guiding geologists, engineers and the central and local administration, to in-depth studies.
